By using Indexwhy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Indexwhy is a diagnostic tool. It accepts a URL that you provide, fetches that URL the way a search-engine crawler would, and displays a report of mechanisms that could affect whether the page appears in a search index. The report is informational only and does not constitute professional SEO advice.
Indexwhy offers two tiers:
You will be charged the then-current Professional plan price at the start of each billing period. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on the first day of each month until you cancel.
If a payment attempt fails, we will retry the charge automatically over several days. During this period your Professional access will continue. If payment cannot be collected after repeated attempts, your subscription will be downgraded to Free. No further charges will be attempted after downgrade.
You may cancel your Professional subscription at any time from your account settings (which will be provided once a payment processor is connected). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be refunded for the remainder of the period, but you will retain Professional access until the period ends.
If you believe you were charged in error, email indexwhy-p1@agen2ic.ai within 14 days of the charge. We will review and refund if the charge was incorrect. Refunds are discretionary and not guaranteed for circumstances outside our control (e.g., bank fees, currency conversion differences).
We may change the price of the Professional plan with 30 days' notice by email to the address you provided at signup. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect and continue at the current price until the end of your billing period.
You agree to use Indexwhy for lawful purposes only. You must not:
The Indexwhy name, the [ ] mark, the site design, and the tool software are the property of Agen2ic, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Indexwhy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The diagnostic reports it produces may be incomplete or inaccurate — the tool checks specific mechanisms (HTTP headers, meta tags, robots.txt, sitemaps) and does not render JavaScript or access login-gated pages. A "clean" report does not guarantee that a page will appear in search results. Always verify findings using authoritative tools such as Google Search Console.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agen2ic, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use Indexwhy, including but not limited to decisions made based on a diagnostic report.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of Indexwhy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
